Originally founded in 1991 by Audie Cashion, Alpha was an export company with offices in Dearborn, Michigan and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Since 1995 we have been dealing in real estate and became a Limited Liability Company in 1999.

Some of our initial projects in Dubai included the turnkey furnishings for: Ford Motor Company's Middle East regional managers homes, Best Western Dubai, and apartments for Dubai's Mercedes dealer. We have acquired, renovated, and divested 13 investment properties in three years.
